The Rosemont Barbers

We do! Shampoo services are only performed with a haircut or razor fade, and not with our sides and back service. Our shampoos include a hot towel, exfoliating scalp massage, and finished with a refreshing spritz of facial toner.

Our waitlist feature allows you to add yourself to a specific barber’s waitlist or the shop’s overall waitlist, even if the day is not fully booked. To join the shop’s waitlist, select “choose any professional” before selecting services and times. To join a specific barber’s waitlist, select that barber first, then your service and times. You can choose “anytime, morning, afternoon, or evening” as your preferred times. If there is a cancellation, we will reach out directly from the shop phone to notify you as soon as possible. Unlike our current system, you will not receive an automatic email notification when a cancellation occurs. You will also need to join the waitlist for each individual day you want to be considered, rather than for a full week or month.

You will not be charged if you cancel your appointment outside of our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you try canceling within one hour of your appointment time, the system will not allow you to do so. You can view our shop policies HERE .

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We respect your private information and value your trust. We would never sell, or share your information to anyone. Your information is safe and secure with us and us only.

You can access the ability to move your appointment in the confirmation email for your appointment.

We do send marketing emails, however, we don’t blow your inbox up with useless crap. Our emails are meant to keep you in the loop about our barbers schedules, new staff, monthly discounts on our store Rosemont Provisions, and information on exclusive events hosted by Rosemont.

Rosemont does not discriminate against gender or gender identity. That being said, we are not a salon. We lack salon amenities such as certain styling tools and products suited for longer women’s lengths. For bobs, long layers, or any salon style women’s cuts, we highly suggest going to one of the amazing neighboring salons in RiNo.

Rosemont loves dogs, however, we are not a dog friendly establishment for the safety and comfort of our guests.

The Rosemont Barbers is an adult-focused barbershop and we don’t specialize in children’s haircuts. For safety and consistency, we do not book first haircuts, toddlers, or kids under 6. We can accommodate older children only if they can sit calmly for the entire service. A restless or disruptive child can create safety issues and interrupt the experience for other guests. Rosemont doesn’t offer separate children’s pricing—our barbers dedicate the same time, care, and attention to every guest, regardless of age. Thank you for understanding as we keep the shop focused on a relaxing, adult environment.
