FAQ
Does each person in my group need their own ticket?
Yes! Because our cafes can only host a specific amount of people per experience, we need everyone to get their own ticket so we can make sure we’re not overbooked. This is to ensure that our kittens are not overwhelmed, and that there are plenty of kittens to go around during your visit!
Do I need a ticket even if I’m just accompanying my child?
Yes! Because space is limited, EVERY person who enters the space needs a ticket, regardless of whether they’re interacting with the cats or not. Much like an amusement park, even if you choose not to ride the rides, you still need a ticket for entry.
Do I get physical tickets? Do I need to bring anything with me?
Nope! You do not need to print your tickets, because we have your information in our system and we will check you in upon arrival. (Make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your visit!)
Do I have to book in advance?
No, but we recommend it. We only have capacity for so many guests at one time, and without a reservation cannot guarantee your time with the kittens.
Why can I only book a maximum group of 6?
We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience, so we limit the number of people that can come in one group. We never want it to feel as if someone is crashing a private event, so this helps us make the Kitten Cafe a fun environment for all visitors.
Does each person in my group need to sign their own waiver?
Yes. This is incredibly important for the safety of the cats, so you must have your waiver signed prior to your experience. The link to your waiver will be in your confirmation email.
Do I need to print out my waiver?
Nope! Once you sign it, we have it in our system.
I only got one waiver emailed to me, how can the rest of my group sign theirs?
Just refresh the web page with the waiver to pull up a new one!
Why don't you allow children under 7 years old?
As much as we wish we could, having children under 7 years old is extremely risky for both the children and our kittens. Kittens are very small, fragile, and unpredictable. For the safety of your babies and ours, we strictly enforce our age policy.
Do you offer private experiences?
We do offer private experiences. The maximum capacity for a private event is 16 people. For parties of children under the age of 13, there must be at least one adult per 6 children. To book a private event, head to our private events page.
What is the cost to adopt?
The adoption fees for our cats and kittens vary depending on our location and partner rescue. Please head to the “ADOPT” tab above for more information!
Do you do same day adoptions?
We do not offer same-day adoptions so that we can ensure that adopters and kittens are well matched. To make the adoption process faster, you can apply to be pre-approved through our partner rescues.
