How Far In Advance Can I Cancel A Catering Order?
Orders may be cancelled by calling our Catering Hotline 773.637.1900 at least 1 day prior to the order date.

Does my gift card expire?
No, your TBK gift card does not have an expiration date, nor does it lose value. However, please note that that the gift card has no cash value.
Can I buy a TBK gift card and have it sent to someone else?
We can ship your gift card(s) to anyone with a valid street address within the 50 states. We cannot ship Gift Cards to Post Office™ boxes or addresses outside of the U.S. at this time.
I placed an order on the TBK website. When will my order ship?
Online feature coming soon! Orders placed prior to 12:00 p.m. CST are typically fulfilled the same business day (Monday-Friday). All FedEx orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed with USPS First Class Mail as the shipping method are fulfilled the following business day. PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to 10 business days to receive orders shipped via USPS.
FedEx is unable to deliver my gift card to the address I provided. Can you reroute to a different shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot update shipping addresses for orders that have shipped via FedEx and have left the fulfillment facility. Please contact your local FedEx office for possible pick-up options. If you are unable to claim the package at your local FedEx office, the order will be returned to the fulfillment center and forwarded to the updated address.
Are refunds available for gift card purchases?
