Click almost anywhere above (the phone, the link, the animation, this link right here ), join at the register in-store, or wait for a friend to send you a sign-up link. It only takes a minute – you’ll log in with your phone number (the same way as online ordering) and enter a confirmation code. After you log in, you’ll fill out your profile, receive your Welcome Box, and be well on your way to earning your first Mystery Box!

It’s not an app in the App Store or Play Store. Instead, it’s a PWA – a progressive web application. It provides a native app-like experience and can still be downloaded to your home screen for easy access.

We’ve looked on and off for years, but finally found a solution that works well with our point of sale, has the level of customization we were looking for, and is fun! The other options before were either entirely custom (think Starbucks) or too simple/forgettable (e.g. a punch card system).

Once the cashier has finished ringing up your order, click the check-in QR code button on your screen and show it to the barcode scanner. Then, you can go to your Rewards. Rewards live in your Wallet. The Wallet can be accessed in the top left 3-bar menu of Creator Rewards or by clicking the wallet icon in the top right. Pick out the Reward you’d like to apply and click the “Scan in-store” button. Use the scanner again and it will apply that discount to your order. Currently rewards can only be used in-store.

You will earn points for online orders if the phone number on your order matches your rewards phone number. Rewards should be available to use online in the 2nd half of 2025.

Quests are another way to earn points, badges, and rewards. They could be as simple as eating at Azzip twice in a week or adding a cookie to your next three visits. They’ll appear from time to time at the bottom of the home screen and will tell you what’s needed to complete them.

Badges are trophies that reward you for being you. Love ordering a cookie with each meal? Can’t get enough Westsiders? Do you catch a case of Crab Madness for the March Crabness? 🦀🍕 Check in during your visits and you’ll start seeing badges in your account over time.

Tiers are how points are calculated for your account. Everyone starts as a Creator and earns 10 points per dollar spent at Azzip. As you level up, you can start earning 11 points per dollar as a Tinkerer, 12 as an Innovator, and 13 points per dollar as a Pioneer. Points count towards your tier on a rolling annual basis. Once you reach a higher tier, it becomes a little easier to maintain that tier and reach the next one.

It’s unique to your account, so we don’t have the answer, but you can get extra guesses by checking in at an Azzip location. You have up to 5 guesses to figure out the secret word – grey letters aren’t in the puzzle, orange letters are in the puzzle but are in the wrong place, and green letters are in the puzzle and in the correct place.

No worries! If you want to open the previous level, you can do so. If you want to keep saving up points for the next box, you can do that too!
