Q: how do i create my fusian rewards account?
A: through the app you can create an account by navigating to the menu on the left side of the screen and choosing “sign up/sign in”. to sign up via the ordering website (order.fusian.com) you’ll find the “sign up/sign in” button in the top right.
Q: how do i redeem rewards?
A: as of January 2024, most rewards are redeemable via coupon code that’s entered at checkout for online orders. some rewards (when explicitly stated) will be available to redeem in-store as well.
Q: do i need a smartphone to participate in fusian rewards?
A: nope, you can also sign up and redeem rewards via the ordering website on a computer.
Q: what if my email address has already been registered?
A: this typically means you have already created an Olo account to participate in another company’s rewards program that also used Olo. you can use the same log in information you use for that app.
Q: do i have to link a credit or debit card to use the app?
A: nope, you can find a restaurant, view our hours of operation, and view our menu without linking a card. however, placing an online/app order does require payment via card at the time the order is placed.
Q: what kind of payment card can i link to the app?
A: any card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo can be linked to the app. this includes credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards (prepaid credit, prepaid debit). you can also pay for orders placed on the app/website with a FUSIAN gift card.
Q: is it safe for me to give you my credit card information and store it in my phone?
A: you’re actually not giving us your credit card information. the FUSIAN app doesn’t store credit card info on your phone or in the app. your card information is stored securely by Olo Pay on a separate server. your information is safely stored in an encrypted database that uses the same privacy and security measures as your bank.
Q: How Do I update my card info for fusian rewards?
A: unlike our previous rewards platform, you can have multiple cards saved on your account. you can add or remove them via the checkout screen when placing an order.
Q: do loyalty rewards ever expire?
A: in most cases, your coupon codes have an expiration date. check the bottom of the email where you received the code to check for expiration. if you received a code directly from a FUSIAN team member via email for a customer-service related issue that did not have an expiration date, you typically have 90 days to use it.

Q: how do i place an online or mobile order?
A: mobile ordering is an integrated feature of the FUSIAN app for iPhone and Android. just download the app, navigate to “place an order”, make your selections and check out. It’s that easy! online orders can also be placed at order.fusian.com.
Q: where do i go to pick up my online or mobile order?
A: skip the line and head straight to the register at the store you ordered from. let the cashier know you are there to pick up an online/mobile order and tell them the name the order was submitted under.
