Do you have no-show fees?
Beginning January 1, 2026, we will be implementing a $25 no-show fee for office visits and a $200 no-show fee for surgeries.

We accept most major insurances. Please contact your provider’s office directly for your specific questions.
Do you accept MEDICARE?
Yes, all doctors within Panhandle Eye Group accept MEDICARE assignment. MEDICARE pays 80% of the allowed amount after the calendar year deductible is satisfied.
Do you file my insurance for me?
Yes, Panhandle Eye Group will file your insurance for you. Our team of eye care professionals will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance.
When can I schedule an appointment?
Please call the office specializing in your eye care needs for scheduling information.
How long will the appointment last?
Depending on the type of exam, the appointment may last anywhere from 30 minutes up to a few hours.
Will my pupils be dilated?
In order to examine your eyes it may be necessary to dilate your pupils. Please call the office to determine if we anticipate the need to dilate your pupils during your appointment.
Will I need someone to drive me to and from my appointment?
A driver is necessary when a patient has surgery or dilated eyes.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a complete and up-to-date list of all medications and eye drops you are presently taking. Also make sure your list reflects OTC supplements and vitamins. Please bring your insurance card(s).
