FAQ
Q. WHERE CAN I FIND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE?
You can find ingredients lists for our products here . At this time, we do not provide nutritional analysis for pastries and sandwiches from our cafes. We believe in using fresh, high-quality whole foods from local and sustainable producers. It’s why our food tastes so good! You can learn more about our partners and how we choose ingredients on our Ingredients page .
Q. I DON'T SEE MY FAVORITE PRODUCT ON YOUR MENU. WHAT HAPPENED?
To remain financially viable in challenging times, we have had to simplify operations where possible. When we take something off the menu, it’s due to low sales or production issues that make it impractical for the lineup. We’re sorry we can’t make everything our customers ask for!
Q. CAN YOU ANSWER MY BAKING QUESTION?
We love talking about baking and are excited to see your interest. Please refer to the recipes on our blog, and for specific baking questions, reach out in the form below.
Q. DO YOU SHIP BREADS AND PASTRIES?
We do not currently ship breads and pastries. You can find our breads and some U-Bake products at many markets and neighborhood grocers in the Portland and Seattle metro areas.
Q. DO YOU OFFER BAKERY TOURS?
Tours are not offered to the public due to food safety considerations.
Q. HOW CAN I GET A GIFT CERTIFICATE or donation for my organization?
We’re still rebuilding from the pandemic and our donation focus for now is limited to our current nonprofit partners in the areas of food & farms, equity & inclusion, and immigrant rights. We look forward to expanding our community impact in the coming years.
