Yes! Online orders are queued for pick up ASAP, unless otherwise scheduled by you!
I placed an order and the pick up time extended at checkout, what should I do?
Estimated pick up times are extended during busy times to ensure all shakes are handcrafted perfectly. Please contact your local Fresh Monkee for a more accurate time if needed.
Can I use my rewards points when ordering with a third party?
No, unfortunately your rewards points are only valid in stores or online via Toast.
I don’t see a combination I like, what should I do?
Our Shakes are made to order, feel free to modify our recipes or build your own!
I have an allergy, should I still visit?
We ask if you have a severe allergy to skip us, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination due to shared equipment. If you do have any allergies and want to try our product we ask that before placing your order, please inform your barista if anyone in your party has a food allergy. While we take precautions, please be aware that our food preparation areas may involve cross-contamination with the following ingredients: milk, peanuts, wheat, soy, tree nuts, eggs.
I’m vegan. What can I eat?
You should avoid our dairy (obviously) so you can request your shakes to be made with unsweetened almond or unsweetened coconut milk and chocolate or vanilla vegan protein. You should also avoid Nutella, marshmallows, brownie protein bars, collagen, sugar-free chocolate cookies, and our sugar-free drizzles.
I’m not a fan of protein shakes!
We encourage all first time guests to try our protein. You might be surprised that you cannot even taste or feel the texture of the protein like in other shakes. Our recipes are built with the protein in mind, not an add on or after thought. But if you must, you can always request no protein.
Are your Shakes organic?
No they are not. If our Shakes were organic we would have to pass that cost to you and we always want our Shakes to be reasonable enough to consume daily.
Do you offer physical gift cards and e-gift cards?
Yes! Physical gift cards can be purchased at any locations. E-gift cards can be purchased through the Fresh Monkee app.
