No — we do not charge a fixed service fee. Guests may tip like they would at any other restaurant. During the COVID pandemic, Centro added a fixed service fee to support back-of-house staff and provide health insurance benefits. That practice ended after Minnesota legislation prohibited restaurants from including automatic service fees. Today, we operate like a standard restaurant: tipping is optional and appreciated, and all gratuities go directly to our team members.

We pour housemade margaritas on tap — including a spicy version (made with a tincture of habanero, jalapeno, and serrano), frozen slushie styles, and fun riffs beyond the classic lime.
