What are your hours?
All Dick’s Drive-Ins are open daily from 10:30 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. We’re closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve, all Drive-Ins close early at 6:00 P.M.
I had a problem with my food or order — what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that something wasn’t right with your order — we always want every meal at Dick’s Drive-In to be fresh and made just the way it should be. Please visit our Food Orders page for more information.
Can Dick’s Drive-In cater my event?
We don’t offer catering, but we can often accommodate large orders that are perfect for events, parties, or team gatherings where we make the food and you pick it up. Visit our Large Food Orders page for details and store-specific limits. If the large order pickup isn’t right for you, consider hiring the Dick’s Drive-In Food Truck to serve fresh-made burgers at your event.

Where can I buy gift certificates?
You may purchase gift certificates at any Dick’s Drive-In location (except the Food Truck). You can also buy $5 gift certificates in increments of ten dollars at our online merch store — DDIR.Store .
Does Dick’s Drive-In offer delivery?

Who should I contact about my DoorDash order?
If your DoorDash order did not arrive as expected, please contact DoorDash directly at (650) 681-9470 or through the DoorDash app.
Why is all the food made before it's ordered?
All our food is made for instant service, so we regularly make food in advance based on the current and expected busyness of each Drive-In. If anything does sit too long, we freeze it and donate it. Our aim is to never waste food.
