<p>Yes, parking is available near all three locations. The Liberty location is situated on the historic downtown square, with street parking and nearby public lots. The Lee&#8217;s Summit and Olathe locations have convenient on-site or adjacent parking.</p>

<p>Yes. We take pride in preparing our food fresh. Our sausage gravy, hollandaise, and pancake batters are made in-house, and we use fresh ingredients throughout the menu. That&#8217;s a big part of what makes Ginger Sue&#8217;s worth the trip.</p>

Here&#8217;s a breakdown:</p> <p><strong>Gluten-Free</strong> — We offer dedicated gluten-free menu items as well as modifications available on request. Please let your server know when you&#8217;re seated so they can guide you to the right options. Note that while we take care to accommodate gluten-free needs, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free environment, so guests with celiac disease should be aware of potential cross-contact.</p> <p><strong>Vegetarian</strong> — We have a solid selection of vegetarian-friendly dishes across both our breakfast and lunch menus. Breakfast items range from <strong>$6.99 to $14.99</strong>, and lunch items range from <strong>$9.99 to $19.99</strong>. Most guests find it easy to have a great meal well within that range. <p>We serve all-day breakfast and lunch with a menu that spans classic comfort food and more creative, chef-driven dishes — all made fresh with quality ingredients.</p> <p><strong>Breakfast</strong> — Our breakfast menu covers all the classics: pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, and eggs benedicts. Our most popular breakfast item is <strong>Ginger&#8217;s Classic</strong> — a full breakfast spread with eggs, a biscuit, potatoes, and your choice of breakfast meat. We also feature more adventurous options like our Blue Cheese Scramble, crepe-style breakfast burritos, and scratch hollandaise dishes.</p> <p><strong>Lunch</strong> — The lunch menu features sandwiches, salads, and burgers. Our two most popular lunch items are the <strong>Fried Egg Sandwich</strong> and the <strong>Pork Tenderloin</strong>. Whether you&#8217;re stopping in for a quick bite or a leisurely midday meal, there&#8217;s plenty to love.</p> <p><strong>Drinks</strong> — We serve specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks alongside our food menu. <p>Absolutely. We have a dedicated kids&#8217; menu and our dining rooms are comfortable for families. We love seeing little ones at the table.</p>

<p>We are walk-in only at all three locations — no reservations needed. We welcome everyone on a first-come, first-served basis. If you&#8217;re planning to come with a larger group, we&#8217;d encourage you to arrive a little early, especially on weekend mornings.</p>

<p>All three Ginger Sue&#8217;s locations are open seven days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We do not serve dinner.</p>
