All desserts served at our location are egg free, dairy free, and vegan friendly. Our sprinkles do not contain confectioners glaze. We use Zulka Brand non-refined sugar. We also use King Arthur unbleached unbromated flour.

Jobs – We have two separate departments, so please note what you’re looking for. We have the Production team, and Finishing/Decorating team. To join the decorating team you will be required to finish a cake to our design standards in a timed working interview. Requirements – We do require at least one year commercial kitchen or bakery experience as at this time we do not maintain a service staff. We do not require culinary school. You will be required to work weekends and holidays. Early mornings are also required.
